I have a bright and friendly British voice with a southern/ neutral, English accent. Sussex born, Gloucestershire bred; you will hear the odd regional slant if you're listening carefully!
I am often booked for my professional, warm vocal sound
but my voice is versatile and I love to improvise. I am a naturally animated person so you can expect a lively approach with tones of energy. It's all about bringing your words to life and ultimately making you happy. I benefit from a natural musical ear and understanding of rhythm and flow. Timing is everything.
Having previously worked within branding and design as a creative project/account manager,
I have worked alongside wonderful, conceptual thinkers and creative teams and have valuable insight into storytelling. I understand how to approach different writing styles for different communications. I feel very fortunate to have found the wonderful world of voice over; where I can be animated, tell stories and it doesn't matter what expression my face is pulling!
I lived in lovely London for a long old time
but I am now based in Wimborne, East Dorset.
So many Oak trees! Gloriously close to the majestic Jurassic coastline and close enough to London and other cities. I am flexible with travel and happy to whizz around to a preferred studio. I also have a professional broadcast quality studio at home.
